Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid media programs across various digital platforms
Own performance forecasting, budget allocation, and campaign strategy in collaboration with other teams
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion quality
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing focusing on paid media performance
Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns either in-house or at a marketing agency
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in marketing analytics platforms
Hands-on experience with ad platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and attribution models
