YOUR ROLE :

This is a full-time customer service role with hours from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

As our Customer Care Representative - CSR, you'll be the essential link between our customers and the field team, handling everything from answering calls and managing schedules to following up on leads and keeping our workflow organized and efficient. You'll intake customer needs, route jobs, and ensure our team stays on track-supporting our technicians, updating Housecall Pro, sending out estimates, appointment reminders, and confirming bookings. You'll also track jobs, review schedule accuracy, monitor GPS for technician efficiency, and be a central player in daily operations-all while maintaining professionalism, organization, and that warm Beis Plumbing customer care touch.
