Role Summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Product Manager to support Retail Media Network (RMN) initiatives for a high-impact team. This role will report directly to a senior leader and play a pivotal part in launching and scaling RMN concepts from the ground up.

Youll be the go-to expert for RMN strategy and execution, helping to shape the tools, platforms, and analytics that enable brands to advertise across the retailers owned media. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of RMN product strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that support advertising capabilities.
• Drive integration of third-party platforms and tools to enhance RMN offerings.
• Ensure seamless ad placement across digital and in-store channels while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Monitor product performance and deliver insights to stakeholders through analytics and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams to align goals and timelines.
• Support the launch of new RMN concepts and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in retail media and digital advertising.
