What you'll do
As the Director, Workforce Planning - Marketplace you will be the architect and leader driving the strategy, governance, and execution of Workforce Planning to support Walmart Marketplace contact centers. You will influence and drive critical business initiatives, owning all aspects of Workforce Planning.

Minimum Qualifications (reiterated) — Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years' experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.
