8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Go-to-Market Operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in building and scaling a Revenue Operations function
Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and the full customer lifecycle
Experience in designing variable compensation and sales commission plans
Expert-level understanding of Salesforce and broader GTM technology landscape
