We’re hiring a Construction Production Manager to lead our carpentry and skilled trade teams. In this role, you’ll supervise foremen, carpenters, painters, and laborers, making sure projects stay safe, efficient, and high-quality.
What you’ll do :
- Oversee daily production and skilled trade operations
- Hire, train, and mentor foremen and crew members
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and engineers
- Lead production meetings and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce regulations
- Inspect work for quality and resolve issues quickly
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and reporting needs
