JOB SUMMARY

The G.M. of Production , sometimes called a Plant Manager ,oversees all aspects of a manufacturing facility, leading teams, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and driving efficiency to achieve financial objectives .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Management

• Lead and motivate a team of production employees, including managers and supervisors
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the production department
• Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement

WORK CONDITIONS

Physical Demands / Work Environment :

This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also occasionally requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
