Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! You'll be responsible for working with our department leads on various aspects of the business. Data entry, scheduling, filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information, using our 5-line phone system. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist callers with questions, and direct calls to appropriate departments or staff.Process incoming referrals in our Scheduling Dept.Work with File Prep, getting charts to the doctorsAssist in the Reports Dept. filing, copying, faxing, and placing reports.Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions. (HIPAA Compliant).Qualifications
Great customer service skillsStrong Communication SkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with current computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, and Adobe or PDF software
