1. Works with specific written or verbal instructions to receive / deliver / count / handle sensitive components following company command media

2. Process and expedite incoming material delivered by external and internal customers into company portal tracking software. Maintain daily logs as needed to support task performance.

3. Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming stockroom receiving to appropriate storage location. Incoming Receiving is delivered daily to the stockroom for approximately 50 packages a day with an average of 24 hours of expected turn around working FIFO or otherwise directed

4. Work with on-line database and / or written instructions to process sub task requested to the stockroom from internal and external customers in turn time posted for that specific task

5. Assist in planning and assignment of stockroom task as needed or required for block schedules

6. Conduct physical inventory of inventory for production and repair organizations using company portals and processes

7. X-Ray and input data for returned material to the stockroom within expected time requirement

8. Other duties as assigned by leadership

9. Report and suggest inaccurate working media for a process to leadership

10. Report working cell performance as directed by leadership

11. Use of Microsoft office for admin and communication to customers and peers

12. Comprehension - read and interpret data, information and documents; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills.

13. Organization - analyze and solve office administrative problems; perform work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under deadlines with potential for frequent interruptions.

14. Reasoning & Decision Making - ability to apply common sense in performing job responsibilities; ability to perform mathematical reasoning.

Communications - regular requirements to use written and oral communication skills; interact with managers, coworkers, and others encountered in the course of work.

17. Vision -Ability to operate a computer and discern and assess charts, graphs, reports and / or other forms of written or graphical communication, and the ability to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes.
• Sense of urgency.

• Oracle ERP
• Cycle count experience
• X-Ray for small sensitive components
• ESD awareness
• MSD experience
• Microsoft Office experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $41024 - $65639 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
