The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pharmacy Inventory & Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations by managing medication inventory, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with financial record-keeping. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy balancing both operational and administrative tasks, and have strong attention to detail, this may be the role for you!

What Youll Do

• Place online orders for pharmaceutical products and supplies.
• Manage supply purchasing and track inventory levels.
• Conduct routine inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and monitor expiration dates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock shipments.
• Provide administrative support including mail handling, daily deposits, and credit card reconciliation.
• Assist with accounts payable functions, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
