Position Overview : As a Sales Specialist, your primary aim will be to exceed individual sales targets while supporting the overall sales and profit objectives of the store. You will play a key role in promoting our Music & Arts lesson program and cultivating relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales to surpass personal sales targets.
• Promote and support the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Network effectively with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on best sales practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer.
• Encourage customer loyalty through friendly and attentive service.
• Assist across various store operations, including merchandising, displays, and general maintenance.
• Ensure store security by managing access to keys and alarm codes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to meet store needs.
