Project Coordinator Entry to Mid-Level (12 Years Experience)

Nomad eCommerce is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our growing team. At Nomad, we develop cutting-edge ecommerce solutions tailored to our clients unique business needs. As a Project Coordinator, youll be an essential link between our clients, development team, and internal stakeholdersguiding project execution, ensuring expectations are met, and helping bring ecommerce solutions to life.

Youll play a key role in overseeing short-term projects from initial planning through final delivery. This role blends client communication, project coordination, and light technical knowledge to ensure a smooth, successful process. Youll collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to manage timelines, communicate clearly with clients, and document and track project milestones. Your efforts will directly support Nomads reputation for delivering high-quality, on-time ecommerce implementations.

What Youll Do :

• Coordinate short-term projects from scope definition to delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and development to define deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients to set expectations and provide updates.
• Create detailed project plans and manage schedules for all key activities.
• Track progress, make timeline adjustments, and follow up with internal teams as needed.
• Document project information, change orders, and decisions throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate or collaborate as appropriate to find timely resolutions.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of activities, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally to manage project scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
• Support the continuous improvement of project workflows and customer experience.
