We are hiring immediately for a Store Manager role. The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store, responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, they have advanced to leadership positions.

    • Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in retail management or supervisory roles
  • Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching
  • Experience with P&L, store reports, and cash handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and bending
