What You'll Do :

• Elevate the resident experience — every interaction counts
• Be the go-to support for admitting residents
• Update and communicate with family members.
• Handle non-clinical requests (yes, even the little things)
• Report mood, engagement, and subtle shifts
• Assist external admissions team with notification to facility on admissions
• Complete admission sign-ins and resident consents
