Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing and Communications
About the Role
Midwest Dairy is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Communications. This role provides strategic leadership for Midwest Dairy's marketing and communications, guiding brand vision and ensuring all campaigns and communications are data-driven and aligned with organizational priorities and brand integrity. This leader collaborates seamlessly with our Sales & Partnerships department to enhance trust and demand in dairy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the integrated marketing and communications vision that advances Midwest Dairy's mission, strategic plan, and farmer priorities.
- Translate organizational goals into clear priorities and direction for the integrated marketing and communications team.
- Partner with executive leaders for critical communication needs and direct communications for sensitive matters.
- Develop and steward a consistent brand identity and unified voice across channels.
- Direct operations and serve as Executive Group liaison for the Crisis and Issues management team.
- Oversee reputation management, including issues and crisis, media engagement, and public relations.
- Provide high-level oversight for campaigns and ensure alignment with brand identity and strategic goals.
- Lead and mentor the integrated marketing and communications team, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and campaigns through performance metrics and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, creative, or related field.10+ years of experience in brand, consumer, or integrated marketing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.Comprehensive knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, with demonstrated success in leading initiatives and managing partner relationships.Visionary leader with a proven ability to translate marketing and brand strategies into measurable business impact.Expertise in shaping campaign narratives, advancing storytelling, and building engagement strategies that position the organization as a trusted industry leader.Demonstrated success leading diverse and innovative marketing strategies across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.Skilled in using data, analytics, and predictive insights to drive decision-making and link marketing investments directly to organizational goals.Proven ability to build and manage budgets, negotiate strategic partnerships, and influence high-value relationships.Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and shared vision.Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, project management tools, accounting software, and Adobe Suite.Ability to travel up to 20% and must live within Midwest Dairy's 10-state region.Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $125,000 - $195,000 annually
Location : Remote (must live within Midwest Dairy's 10-state region)
