ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Ryan Salmons State Farm is seeking an organized and dependable professional with superior customer service skills.
This position is customer-facing and requires a friendly and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to organize a busy schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Identify customer needs and provide in-office leads to the sales team.QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
