Equipment Operator

Ready to power up your career ? Batteries Plus is looking for a Distribution Center Equipment Operator to help keep our supply chain running at full charge! In this role, you'll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to keep products moving safely, efficiently, and on time. Think of yourself as the positive connection that keeps our distribution center flowing.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate sit-down forklifts and automated pallet jacks like a pro

Keep the energy flowing by safely handling and moving goods, including hazardous materials

Build, stack, and secure pallets to keep operations running smoothly

Rotate stock to keep inventory fresh and flowing

Perform quality checks and flag any damaged or missing items

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Jump in to support warehouse operations whenever needed

Champion safety protocols-because safety is always fully charged here

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

At least 6 months of experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

Clear and confident communication skills

A team-first mindset with the ability to adapt and energize others

Basic math skills

Ability to follow safety rules and standard operating procedures

Curiosity and drive to learn new tools and technology

The Physical Side

Ability to stay active : standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Occasionally bending, crouching, or working overhead

Comfort using equipment to move heavy loads (100+ lbs)

PPE required-safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes to keep you protected
