Position Overview :
The Maitre’d sets the tone for the entire guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, you will lead the front desk with poise, warmth, and precision. Beyond greeting and seating, you will orchestrate the flow of the dining room, manage reservations (SevenRooms), and collaborate with the service team to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable visit. This is not simply a host role, it is a leadership position that requires a confident presence, hospitality finesse, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, elevated environment.
