• Salary Range : $315,880 - $315,880
• Student Loan forgiveness and sign on bonus - Up to $180K
• Located at 248 McHenry St., Burlington, WI
• 36 clinic hours per week
• Call 1 : 15
• Dedicated Medical Assistant
• 1 Nurse Practitioner
• After hours nurse triage
• EPIC EMR
• Dax Co-pilot
