Overview : The Branch Services Representative's role is to exemplify Circles commitment to No Fail Service by reducing preventable bouncing, giving loads back, etc., between the client and Circle Logistics.

Your Day-to-Day :

• Build and maintain a strong book of business with carriers
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedule shipments
• Track and manage daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism
• Support branch development through strategic carrier procurement
• Stay informed on market trends, lane density, and seasonality
• Qualify carriers and ensure proper communication on load details
• Attend all relevant branch development meetings
