  • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
  • Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to clients
  • Build genuine client relationships with thoughtful outreach
  • Always raise the level of service and exceed client expectations
  • Manage repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations

    • Position Logistics

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Front of House Fashion : Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service
  • Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances deemed appropriate.

    • Compensation

  • The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 through $31.00. Base salary is one component of total compensation. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
