We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Engineer to join a leading aerospace organization, where quality, precision, and compliance are paramount. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, addressing non-conformances, production deviations, and customer complaints with a focus on long-term solutions.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in RCCA investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, and tracking issues to closure. Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
• Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and supplier quality to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.
• Support training and development of quality standards and procedures across operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with leading RCCA and applying quality methodology and tools.
• Working experience with drawings / specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9145).
• Strong understanding of quality systems, process validation, and statistical methods.
