Digital Customer Acquisition Intern

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition intern to join us for the Summer. As a Digital Customer Acquisition Intern, you'll assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks. You'll help track performance, organize campaign assets, and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.

Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 1 through 8 / 7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, QA, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate).
• Help organize creative assets and maintain campaign trackers and calendars.
• Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and presentations for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Help document campaign processes and maintain internal best practices.
