Join Us as the Foundation Director of Philanthropy!
Are you ready to lead a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in children's lives? As the Foundation Director of Philanthropy, you will play a pivotal role in securing major gifts and driving our mission forward!
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will manage a talented team of 5 philanthropy officers, focusing on securing gifts of $100,000 and above. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Individual Giving, you will be at the forefront of our fundraising efforts, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional care to children and families.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of philanthropy officers.
Manage a portfolio of 50-75 major gift prospects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
Minimum of 10 years in fundraising or development.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for relationship building.
Working Conditions
In close collaboration with the Vice President, you will design and execute a comprehensive development strategy for the Phoenix Children’s Foundation. This includes overseeing capital campaigns and ongoing fundraising efforts while managing a dedicated development team.
