job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTraining Hours 12 weeks : Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm MST and 11 : 30am-9 : 30pm MST Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice! AFTER TRAINING : Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am MST Start Time to 9 : 30pm MST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends! Respond to a high volume of incoming calls Assist Members w / benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc. Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles / demographics Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience) Pass Required Assessment Able to work flexible / required hours of operation / work schedule Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required If the link does not work, please copy and paste the following into a webrowser : :

About the Role :
As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
This is a remote position, and you must reside within 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd. Denver, CO 80230
Start Date : September 15th
Compensation :
- During Training : $21.63 / hr.
- After Training : $22.66 / hr.
