The Enterprise and Cyber Solutions (E&CS) Operation within Leidos’ Defense Group is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator to provide coverage monitor tools and availability of the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.

With the CESO program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities.  As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services – ITIL / DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
• Proactively identify risks in the network and develop plan to mitigate them.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
• Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on network performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach to meeting user requirements.
• Ensure efficient delivery of contract capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers.

Pay Range : Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
