Project Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to support multiple ongoing projects, including new construction and renovations of national parks, schools, jails, and other state / county projects. This role involves overseeing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and materials for projects under $1 million. The successful candidate will ensure effective management of all trades in the field and maintain communication with park officials, government agencies, and contractors. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing weekly progress updates.

Work Environment
Work will primarily be conducted on-site, often in various weather conditions. A project trailer will be available for meetings and paperwork. The project team is small and consists of a Project Manager, Superintendent, and an Assistant Project Manager, fostering a close-knit team environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 / hr.
