Organizational Unit Overview :
The Division of Student Affairs comprises over 30 departments, each responsible for providing various student support, services, and educational programs accessible to the university community. Job Duties :
The Sr. Assistant Director of Well-Being will serve as a well-being content expert and provide mid-level management and programming for an innovative, dynamic, and collaborative effort to promote a culture of well-being. This position will be responsible for continuing the growth, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive health & well-being programs. The Sr. Assistant Director will work closely with colleagues to market and evaluate well-being experiences and programs. This position will provide direct supervision to two (2) full-time coordinators of well-being, one specifically dedicated to recovery programs, and multiple part-time student well-being coaches. This position will also indirectly supervise one (1) graduate assistant and numerous part-time student well-being ambassadors. The Sr. Assistant Director of Well-Being position reports to the Director of Well-Being.
