Requirements :

1 : 3+years extensive acute care clinical experience

2 : DOCTORAL DEGREE IN PHARMACY REQUIRED - Not negotiable

3 : Experience with computer operations, unit dose drug dispensing systems, IV admixture and parenteral chemotherapy admixture experience preferred.

4 : Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.

5 : Must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.

6 : Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

7 : BLS (AHA)

8 : Active MA state license required
