Deductions Analyst
Our client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a Deductions Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on collecting outstanding payments, resolving customer deductions, and maintaining accurate account records.
Key Responsibilities Deductions Analyst :
- The Deductions Analyst will follow up with customers on past-due invoices and apply payments.
- Research and resolve deductions related to pricing, shortages, returns, and freight.
- Work with Sales and Customer Service to verify deduction claims and recover invalid ones.
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure records are up to date.
- Track deduction trends and assist with reporting and process improvements.
- Support audits and help improve cash flow performance.
Qualifications for the Deduction Analyst :
2+ years of Deductions, AR, or collections experience.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, macros).Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.#INSEP2025
