Become the newest member of our exciting team at Storage Rentals of America (SROA) as we redefine self-storage!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls promptly, collecting information and entering it into the system.
- Ensure a smooth rental / reservation process for potential customers.
- Be knowledgeable on processes and policies to create a successful interaction with current or future customers.
- Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.Type 30 WPM or moreHave a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.Maintain customer satisfaction.Demonstrate patience and professionalism.Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.Schedule :
10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM. Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
