Insurance Client Concierge

A company is looking for a Group Insurance Client Concierge to provide high-touch client service and support throughout the life claims process.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a liaison for Advocate teammates and beneficiaries, facilitating life insurance claims with empathy and clarity

Coordinate and resolve escalated claim issues, partnering with internal teams and external contacts as needed

Educate clients and support operational excellence through process improvements and personalized outreach

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience in client service or life insurance claims roles

Strong knowledge of contracts and standard operating procedures across life products

Experience managing escalations and process improvements

Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
