Role mission

Lead hands‑on carpentry while guiding apprentices and elevating standards on projects in food / dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver framing, drywall, and precise finish carpentry.
• Complete caulking, construction painting, and install fixtures / hardware.
• Form concrete for foundations and structural features.
• Install flooring and craft or fit custom woodwork / millwork.
• Execute restoration work to revitalize existing structures.
• Lift, move, and stage materials and equipment safely.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and compliant job site.
• Coach and mentor apprentices to build their confidence and skills.
