Role mission
Lead hands‑on carpentry while guiding apprentices and elevating standards on projects in food / dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver framing, drywall, and precise finish carpentry.
- Complete caulking, construction painting, and install fixtures / hardware.
- Form concrete for foundations and structural features.
- Install flooring and craft or fit custom woodwork / millwork.
- Execute restoration work to revitalize existing structures.
- Lift, move, and stage materials and equipment safely.
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and compliant job site.
- Coach and mentor apprentices to build their confidence and skills.
Qualifications
Journeyman credential or 5–6+ years in commercial construction.Proven carpentry expertise backed by a portfolio or work history.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and act on blueprints and technical documents.Roofing experience is advantageous.Strong communicator and collaborative teammate.Capable of sustained physical work in varied conditions.What sets this team apart
