Job Description
As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you'll work 1 : 1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child's home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours.

We offer competitive pay : $22–$25 / hour, based on experience. Pay increase after you get your RBT certification! We also provide discretionary Onboarding BONUS for candidates based in Napa County, after 30 days of employment post-onboarding.
Our benefits include mileage reimbursement between client homes, flexible schedules to support work / life balance, and all new behavior technicians are required to get RBT certified within 90 days. For that, we provide 40 hours of paid training to prepare you for the RBT exam & cover the costs of your RBT exam if you pass on your first try.
