CNC Programmer - Mill & Lathe

Location : Los Alamitos, CA

Hours : Mon-Fri 7 am-3 : 30pm

We are urgently looking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with experience in both milling and lathe operations to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and edit CNC programs for mill and lathe machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM)

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements

Select appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, and cutting paths for optimal performance

Set up and operate CNC machines during prototype and first-run production

Perform test runs and adjust programs to ensure accuracy and quality

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred

2+ years of experience programming CNC mills and lathes

Proficiency in CAM software and G-code programming

Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing practices
