Job Description
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Collaborate with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans. Investigate and report on any safety incidents, recommending corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters on construction sites. Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the organization.
