Pest Control Technician
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with a variety of customers in the residential space. By providing quality services and identifying solutions to pest problems you'll help our customers to protect their homes, properties and businesses by maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our comprehensive PAID TRAINING program is designed to provide the tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field no prior experience required! Once in an established route, this role offers flexible scheduling and ownership of the customer accounts you service.

What You Will Do :
You will be responsible for working with a variety of residential customers and a mix of commercial customers to identify and solve pest problemsKeep abreast of Ecolab's product / service offerings and industry conditions, to enhance service and sales of pest prevention / elimination solutionsUse handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation and pest issuesRead, understand, follow labels, and MSDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during services providedInspect, maintain, and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properlyFollow proper safety protocols including OSHA mandated and customer specified guidelinesPosition Details :

High School diploma or equivalentTwo years of work or military experiencePosition requires a current and valid Driver's LicenseDue to the nature and hours of work, must be 18 years of age or olderWillingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessaryPosition requires the ability to work overnight shifts as neededPosition requires understanding and interpreting English labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for hazardous chemicalsPosition requires the ability to obtain required pest certification and / or business licensing pursuant to state / local lawEcolab conducts a background check and drug screens on all candidates who receive a job offerImmigration sponsorship not available for this rolePhysical Demands :

The total Compensation range for this position is $45,000-$67,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
