What You'll Do
Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite officesReplace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutionsCollaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goalsDesign and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environmentsMonitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threatsSupport VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructureTravel occasionally for on-site implementation and supportWhat You Bring
4+ years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environmentsHands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NATExperience transitioning away from Cisco platformsStrong communication and collaboration skillsBonus points for CCNA / CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experienceWhy You'll Love Working Here

Base Salary Range : $65,000–$75,000Quarterly Bonus Structure : Begins accruing from day oneMinimum ROA bonus : 20% annually, paid quarterlyExpected bonus : Up to 40% annually, based on performanceTotal Compensation Examples :$65K base + 20% bonus = $78K total comp$75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total compOther Benefits
