Role Summary

We are seeking a client-focused Sales Engineer to help drive the adoption of our SaaS platforms within the Airport and Public Works sectors. This role blends pre-sales consultation, technical solutioning, and deep sector insight to position our services as critical infrastructure tools. You'll work directly with government clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver transformative digital workflows for operations, asset management, permitting, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with account managers to support discovery calls, product demos, and technical proposals
• Customize presentations and SOWs to reflect operational challenges and regulatory mandates specific to airports, transit hubs, and public works departments
• Assess client requirements and design tailored SaaS and IT service bundles across permitting, inspections, GIS mapping, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling
• Translate RFIs / RFPs into strategic response frameworks and technical specifications
• Coordinate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure client-specific workflows and integrations are feasible
• Assist with pilot programs, sandbox configurations, and onboarding planning
• Maintain fluency in FAA standards, municipal procurement processes, and public sector compliance protocols
• Identify expansion opportunities within active client portfolios (e.g., additional modules, integrations, training)
