Salary : $60,000-$100,000 + 4% variable commission on sales + bonuses
Position Overview
The Solutions Engineers are the technical subject-matter experts supporting clients throughout their product lifecycle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Supporting the sales team in product demonstration calls
- Managing post-sales support, including audit reviews
- Serving as a technical expert, providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope estimates
- Assisting other engineers in creating and demonstrating practical solutions
- Analyzing current technologies to identify and address potential gaps
- Documenting and monitoring requirements for proposed updates to improve customer experience
- Collaborating with sales teams to monitor project progress and implementation
- Proactively managing potential project challenges
- Creating and delivering product training webinars
- Representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutionsExperience in the cybersecurity industry preferredUnderstanding of system security best practicesAdvanced knowledge of business analysis techniques and processesUnderstanding of the sales cycleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking Conditions :
The role is primarily office-based but may require travel. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as focus adjustment.
