Experience : Experience handling accounts valued at $50,000 and above, particularly in contractors / construction and real estate sectors. Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred. Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills. Career Goals : Candidates should be patient and committed to excelling in this role for at least three years before pursuing managerial opportunities.

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive to join a team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with a supportive and collaborative company culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Compensation Package
- Contract Rate : $33-$38 / hour
- Permanent Salary : $70,000-$80,000 / year (upon conversion to permanent employment)
