Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive to join a team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with a supportive and collaborative company culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Compensation Package
- Contract Rate : $33-$38 / hour
- Permanent Salary : $70,000-$80,000 / year (upon conversion to permanent employment)
Responsibilities
Manage daily service requests, including certificates, endorsements, policy downloads, policy reviews, and renewals.Handle 30-50 client emails per day, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Conduct client-facing interactions through virtual meetings, email, and phone.Collaborate with Account Executives to share responsibilities, including analytical work and claims management.Quote new and renewal business as needed.Utilize AMS360 software for policy management and documentation.Qualifications / Requirements
Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience :3-5+ years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting.
Experience handling accounts valued at $50,000 and above, particularly in contractors / construction and real estate sectors.Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred.Skills :Strong written and verbal communication skills.
