About The Position

Must-Have : Strong PCU experience is mandatory

Description :

Flu vaccination is required when flu season begins.

Candidates must be available to work three out of five holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The night shift runs from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30.

36 or 48 hours per week available.

An EKG exam will be administered on the first day of orientation; candidates must pass to continue with the contract.

Experience with fresh post-operative kidney transplants and complex cases is essential.

Patients will require ongoing interventions and assessments every two hours.

Candidates will need skills in IV starts and telemetry; experience with PA lines is preferred.

Special procedures will include TR bands and chest tubes.

Dosing of Milrinone, Dopamine, and Dobutamine will be required.

Candidates must be able to manage invasive hemodynamic devices.

The unit will provide interdisciplinary support, including IV teams and respiratory services.

Candidates may float to overflow areas, including post-surgical and post-cath units.

Experience with Epic charting is highly preferred.
