Research Associate II / Pharmacology / Molecular Biology

We are seeking a skilled Research Associate II to conduct nonclinical pharmacology studies and support drug development programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pharmacological research methodologies, data analysis, and regulatory compliance to advance our therapeutic pipeline.

📍 Location : Lexington, MA

What You'll Do :

• Work with research scientists to plan and perform lab-based studies to support various projects.

Assist and independently perform dosing (sc, iv, etc.) in rodents ( mouse and rat ).

Assist and independently perform rodent handling, necropsy, plasma and tissue collection .

Experience in basic molecular biology techniques required , including RNA extraction from tissue samples , developing and performing RT-qPCR assays , and troubleshooting.

Analyze rodent and / or non-human primates’ blood and tissue samples using research-based molecular biology methods.

Efficiently and transparently communicate learnings, knowledge, and skills to promote cross-functional teamwork.

Support research scientist in report writing, data QC, and administrative tasks .

What We're Looking For :

Experience working in a team environment required; industry (CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech) experience preferred .

Strong analytical skills for integrating and interpreting interdisciplinary data.

Hands-on experience with mouse handling and necropsy

Hands-on experience with RNA extraction from tissue samples

Hands-on experience with RT-qPCR assays

Other desirable skills : E LISA, gel shift assay (EMSA).

Experience with study data and report QC is a plus
