RSU Contractors

High-End Remodeling Contractor seeking Design / Sales Based Professional to work directly with Production Team and Customers coordinating remodeling projects from point of sale to completion. The successful candidate will be someone who can guide clients through choices for layouts, finishes, fixtures, and colors, and work with the Production Team to translate the client's vision into a cohesive and successful project.

Responsibilities include :

Follow up on Leads for prospective projects.

Meet with clients seeking to do home renovations, especially kitchens and bathrooms.

Prepare detailed estimates outlining the scope of work and projected costs.

Present estimate to the clients with the goal of securing the sale

Assist clients with selections such as cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc

Coordinate with vendors on schedules and pricing.  Work to find key vendors for future Design Center.  Assist the Production Team by keeping detailed records including plans, schedules, client selections, etc.

Office & future Design Center in Murfreesboro, TN.  Clients / jobsites in Brentwood and Middle Tennessee area.

Skills Required :

• Design Concept & Development

Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into sketches and / or 3D models

Client Consultation

Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget and requirements for the job

Presentation

Prepare and present estimates to clients. Relate in a professional manner to vendors and subcontractors

Creativity & Artistic Vision

Strong artistic sensibility and ability to conceptualize designs

Problem Solving

Ability to balance creative aspirations with practical constraints such as structural integrity and budget. Find solutions to unexpected issues.

Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with the Production Team, vendors, subcontractors, etc.

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in CAD Software and 3D Modeling preferred

Salary with Commission - Negotiable
