Job Description

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).

Licenses / Certifications : None

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• 2+ years with hands-on experience with Workday report and dashboard design and development.
• Proficient in building and maintaining custom, matrix and composite reports in Workday.
• Experience in strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving.
