Job Description :

As a Technical Operations Manager – OSP Construction Program Manager, you will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with engineering standards, and budget accountability. You will work across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are executed smoothly, driving operational excellence in network expansion and infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to engineering design plans, standards & specifications, contractual SOWs, and municipal requirements while managing transparent change control processes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including pipelines, budgets, scheduling, resource planning, vendor management, project dependencies, financial reporting, invoice approvals, and material management.
• Develop and maintain vendor construction schedules while monitoring performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
• Provide clear communication of expectations, progress, and status updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee seamless handoff for network acceptance by ensuring projects are fully scoped and delivered to standards.
• Operate with high autonomy to establish new program areas, converting conceptual deliverables into actionable steps, defining roles and responsibilities, and troubleshooting issues under pressure.
