Senior Digital Marketer (Demand Generation) : (IN)

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Flexible work hours : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 30 AM (Indian Standard Time), Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer
  • Professional level fluency in English
  • Proficient with managing data in Google Sheets / Excel
  • You love optimizing things
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Access to an uninterrupted, quiet workspace with a comfortable table, chair, and clean backdrops
  • The camera is to be turned ON during all conference calls
  • A minimum of 40 Mbps stable internet connection
  • UPS or generator backup
  • Can solve or is willing to learn how to solve Rubik’s cube in under 5 minutes

    • Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing campaigns for Google, Facebook, Email, and TikTok
  • Manage Automation on Active Campaign
  • Debug and Optimize FB, Google, and Automation
  • Craft Growth Initiatives
  • Attribution and Tracking, Setup, and Debugging (including GA4)
  • Ongoing A / B testing, Planning, and Implementation
  • SEO Tracking and Direction
  • Craft and Manage Content Marketing Strategy

    • Work Details

    Location : Remote; work from home

    Guidance : 40-50 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 30 AM IST

    Flexibility : Flexible hours as long as client / work meetings and requirements are met
