The Environmental Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising all maintenance and housekeeping team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members.

This community includes 56 assisted living apartments and 14 memory care residences, along with independent living, adult day services, and homecare in the Litchfield, MN area. Schedule : Full-Time. Primary Hours Monday - Friday 8a - 4 : 30p. On Call Rotation every 3 weeks. Leader on Duty Rotation.

Pay : The targeted pay range for this job is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Hires, trains, and supervises maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry team members
• Oversees vendor relationships and contractors for building and grounds services
• Manages the department budget
• Ensures the community meets all safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintains facility and handles routine repairs and preventative maintenance
• Trains team members on building safety procedures
• Manages department supply inventory and ordering
• Performs other duties as needed

Driving Requirements : Local Travel and Driver's License Required
