job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJob Summary : Key Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose acute and chronic health problems, and develop individualized treatment plans. Conduct physical exams, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage patient care. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols. Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in order to provide the highest level of care to patients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications : Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) preferred. Previous experience in [specific specialty, if applicable, e.g., family medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, etc.]. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technologies. CPR / BLS certification; additional certifications relevant to specialization may be required.
