We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patient Engagement & Marketing Specialist to manage and execute patient outreach initiatives, including mass text and voice campaigns, email marketing, social media engagement, and community events.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring timely patient communication, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and driving engagement strategies to improve patient retention and reputation management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to optimize outreach efforts and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Content Marketing :

• Create compelling healthcare content tailored to clinicians, providers, and patients.
• Develop whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, websites blogs prescription guides, and print collaterals. with AI-assisted copy and layout generation.
• Drive SEO and SEM strategies using keyword clustering and dynamic content optimization.
